Repayment of Debt: The net proceeds from the issue will be used to pay off debt, including the debt of its subsidiaries, namely Signature Global Homes, Signature Infrabuild, Signature Global Developers, and Sternal Buildcon.
Inorganic Growth: Another allocation of funds will be directed towards inorganic growth initiatives, specifically for acquiring land.
General Corporate Purposes: The remaining funds will be deployed for general corporate purposes to support the overall operations and expansion of the company.
